The Junior Youth, Senior Youth and Young Adult Divisions have been organized into eleven Federated areas:
Western New York, Northern New England, Southern New England, Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn-Staten Island, Bronx, Rockland-Westchester, Hudson Valley-Capital City, Hispanic and Franco-Haitian. (A picture of each Federation President by their area). They are governed by a constitution and bylaws
