Greetings Leaders;
It is my pleasure to bring you greetings on behalf of Queens Adventist Youth Federation, a youth and young adult ministry that has been in existence since the early 1980’s. Our organization provides resources, scholarship, events and programs to meet the needs of the youth in our area as well as the community.
We believe that young people are required by God to remain sexually pure until they get married. To celebrate this covenant we are with Queens Area Pathfinder Federation to host an “All-White Affair- a Celebration of Purity” luncheon at Linden Ballroom on November 20th. Please note the following:
This event is FREE ADMISSION! In order to appropriately prepare for this fully catered event we request that your club RSVP by no later than November 5, 2011. Please note that guests are not to exceed 25 per church.
One component of this talent packed evening is a fashion show highlighting how to showcase modest apparel. For this fashion show we are requesting one male and one female model for this event. Please have interested parties contact Malika Mascoll via email malika.mascoll94@gmail.com by November 5th for rehearsal schedule.
In order to offset the costs of an event of this magnitude we ask that your department make a $100 donation toward expenses. If preferred,
individual monetary contributions are appreciated. Please make the check payable to Queens Adventist Youth Federation.

- Placing our flyer on your church bulletin board
- Put an announcement (below) in your church bulletin
- Donate $100 from your department for expenses
- Provide two adult volunteers from your staff to be servers and/or hosts/hostesses
