I am urging all of my health-minded friends to express your support for the Haitian People by:
1. Keeping them in ou r individual and collective prayers. The Scriptures encourage us to pray for each other and bear one another's burdens. (James 5:16; Galati ans 6:2)
2. Giving a liberal financial contribution throug h one of the Northeastern Conference of SDA Churches starting this Sabba th. The attached letter (under "Downloads" on this "What's Ne w?" page), from our Conference Administrators, details our current plan of action. 3. Seeing this calamity in light of the Gr eat Controversy between good and evil. According Scriptures this ea rthquake could happen in any nation and to any people.
