 ATION OFFICER DUTIES\n\nPRESIDENT \n\n Shall:\nServe as the chairperson 
 of the executive committee and preside at all general meetings of the fe
 deration.\nBe responsible for the smooth operation of the federation.\nD
 irect the coordination of all committees.\nBe responsible to the Northea
 stern Conference Youth Ministries Department and furnish written monthly
  reports of federated area.\nReview all correspondence sent from the fed
 eration to officers\, and/or other societies and committees.\nVisit all 
 churches during terms of office or designate a representative from the f
 ederated area to do so.\nBe an ex-officio member of all committees of th
 e federation.\nBe granted the privilege of appointing special committees
  as deem necessary.\n\n \nVICE PRESIDENT \n\n Shall:\nAssume the duties 
 of the President in his/her absence or when designated by the president 
 to do so. \nServe as chairperson of special committees. \n\nTHE SECRETAR

 of basic bookkeeping skills.\nBe the custodian of all Federation funds a
